I started the program in Feb 2020. I was leery since I accepted a call that was initiated by SNF. It was estimated to be a 2 year program. I enrolled 7 accounts and did everything they asked (notified my creditors in writing, maintained call logs, sent SNF all my communication on a weekly basis). It was a lot to do but I trusted the process. When I found out a creditor was suing me, I admit, it scared me. I contacted SNF and forwarded them the information. I'm the kind of person that never assumes anything so I followed up on my own. Ultimately I was referred to a law office that handled everything for me. It was such a relief! Could the communication be improved? Absolutely, but I made it a practice to contact SNF on my own and every time I reached out to them for status, they were very helpful and responsive. Special shout out to ******* in the *************** ******* was amazingly helpful as I was inching closer to completing the program. SNF settled 6 accounts for me ( I withdrew 1 account and settled it myself). I happily completed the program in late March 2022 ( pretty close to the 2 year estimate!) And, the escrow refund was issued immediately. All I can say is the program worked for me. I could not have achieved this without their help. It is an amazing feeling to be free of that debt. A young gentleman stopped by my apartment several months ago and introduced himself as Robert P******* of Start New Financial, a company that could help relieve me from my financial debts in a relative short time. I was interested in getting the details so I invited him in and he provided me all the information I needed to know in a very helpful and professional manner. Mr. P******* guided me through the entire application process and paperwork and had me onboard in a timely manner. Thanks to Mr. P******* continued guidance and support , I recently received an unexpected email from Start New Financial that they have already reached a new settlement on my account. Previously, I never thought it would be possible for me to potentially get out of credit card indebtedness in such a reasonable short time. Mr. Robert P******* is definitely the best Financial Plan Advisor I have ever dealt with. I will be calling Start New Financial on Monday for more detail on my account settlement.

I had spoken with a few other companies for help with my debt but they all made me a little uneasy. I enrolled with Start New Financial in order to settle 5 different credit card debts, totaling over $20k. Aron P has been with me from the very start. He introduced me to Start New Financial and has helped me every step of the way. He has made sure any question I have has been answered promptly and has really made me feel like he cares about improving my financial future. My settlements have yet to be completed, but I haven't had any issues/complaints up to this point. I started using star new financial since April 2021. It's been great having Aron from better path financial help me with updating my file also communicating with me. I'm so excited I have my 1st settlement with them! I highly recommend starting a financial.

Love this program. Works just the way Josh explained it. Their customer service phone help are great to work with too. 2 of my biggest cards are settled within 7 months of starting this journey. Again Josh was great to work with too. I was skeptical at first but he explained everything I questioned and it's going just like he said.
